“KAPELA ® Umbrella” was established in 2013 as a subsidiary of Hasel Metal İşleme San.Tic.Ltd.Şti, a company founded in 1992 that has successfully made a name for itself in the mining, automotive, and defense industries. It began providing services with its modern machinery, equipment, and experienced staff.
Since that date, the company has invested in society and developing technology in the relevant sector, maintaining the highest level of production quality while minimizing costs.
WHAT DO WE DO?
Our brand, upon entering the sector, was recognized in Turkey and worldwide for the first time with the Comfort model: a solar-powered umbrella that could be opened and closed remotely via remote control, generated its own energy without needing any external power supply, provided LED lighting, and automatically closed itself in windy weather thanks to its wind sensor, preventing damage to the umbrella. This system operates on 12V power and poses no risk to human health.
Regardless of whether it's the Classic, Enjoy, or Comfort model, our telescopic system operates with an aluminum housing and a steel gear-driven gearbox. The frame, aluminum pipes and profiles are made of aluminum conforming to EN-AW/6005 standard, hardened to 85-90 HB and E6 EV1-10~12 mic. It is manufactured with an anodized coating.
In addition to these extensive R&D efforts, our brand, which embodies quality in the sector with the raw materials and materials used in all its products, has entered into collaborative partnerships with many prestigious brands both domestically and internationally.
As of the 2019 season, our brand continues its user-friendly production by expanding its product range with Easy, Side, Side Lux, and Flexy models.
The Side and Side Lux models also operate with a simpler, more robust movement system for opening and closing. The mechanical system that enables movement is completely concealed within the structure. The product has become more stylish in appearance and more robust in use. In the Flexy model, which we have started producing for the first time in Turkey, the main poles have been placed to the sides in a design that will facilitate active space utilization in places such as cafes and restaurants. Our model, which operates with horizontal movement and offers a stylish appearance, has managed to gain popularity.
